Retaining solutions for complex soils
Our geotechnical and foundation solutions are tailored to the type of structure, soil conditions, and location-specific risks: high-rise buildings, seismic hazards, uneven terrain, and more.
We offer a wide range of techniques for deep foundations, underpinning, and waterproofing to meet the requirements of your projects, whether they are high-rise buildings, offices, residential complexes, shopping centers, monuments, or heritage buildings. We strive to build cleaner, more environmentally friendly structures through LEED certification.
Basement Techniques
-
Diaphragm Walls: They are reinforced concrete elements, pre-excavated and cast in place, that function as retaining walls for underground civil works.
-
Shotcrete Walls: These are retaining structures sprayed at high pressure, used for slope stabilization, tunnels, and containment reinforcements.
-
Pile Wall: They are retaining structures made up of a series of bored piles cast in place, arranged contiguously, tangentially, or secantly.
