Project Description
As part of our involvement in the Bicentennial Schools program, ground improvement was carried out at IE Fernando Carbajal, located in the beautiful city of Aguaytía, Pucallpa.
The work consisted of installing over 1,230 columns using the Colmix and Springsol techniques, with diameters ranging from 0.40 m to 0.80 m. These columns reach depths between 4 and 8 meters.
The techniques are based on mixing the soil with cement at specific speeds using specialized equipment that penetrates the ground and injects the cement slurry at controlled pressures.
