Project Description

Applications and Benefits of Micropiles in Specialized Foundations

Micropiles are small-diameter piles, generally between 100 mm and 300 mm, drilled and injected with mortar or cement grout. They are ideal for reinforcing existing foundations, constructing new structures on low-capacity soils, or stabilizing slopes.

Installation is minimally invasive, allowing work to be carried out in confined spaces or under buildings that are still in use. Furthermore, their versatility on different types of soil and their ability to withstand heavy loads make them an effective solution for infrastructure projects, building construction, bridges, and structural rehabilitation.
