Deep excavation for structural basement in university campus

A deep excavation with diaphragm walls and anchors was carried out to build the basement of USIL’s Insignia Building, located in an urban area with space constraints, heavy traffic, and strict structural safety requirements.

The project required specialized geotechnical solutions to ensure ground stability and minimize impact in a dense urban area, meeting high standards of safety, precision, and control of urban interferences.
